Now I can make them right in the comfort of my own office. Lately, general contractors and municipalities are requiring construction companies to download specifications, prints and manuals. With my new high speed printers, I am able to do that with ease.

We were so impressed with Kevin Macklem's presentation (and loved that he spoke to us in non-technical terms) that we decided we wanted to work with them for that machine and potential future machines. Since that decision we've added a black & white multi-purpose machine, three printers, and our newest Kyocera 6550ci, a color copier/scanner. All of the machines function great. One of our favorite features on the machines is the dual scanner. The machine scans both sides of the paper on one pass through, which really cuts down on jamming and increases speed.
We also take advantage of FM Audit, which allows Prime Office to monitor our machine counts and send toner when we need it. We don't have issues often, but when we do, Kevin and his team are quick to respond. The customer service we receive from Prime Office has been spectacular!

The ability to have our usage monitored, and supplies sent automatically, was also a factor. I am impressed with the after-the-sale service which we have received. Even though one of the machines needed repair a few days after installation things were taken care of quickly. The on-site education for our office staff was also very helpful. Training - Dawn came out to our location after we had been using the machine for about a week and went over the machine options and functions. She answered all our questions that we had for her from using the machine for a week with no instruction. This allowed her service to be more specific to our needs and what we require.
Delivery and Setup - Between Prime's expertise and our in-house IT Admin, they had the machine up and running in less than 30 minutes. Office staff was thrilled at the minimal amount of downtime during the install."

As a result of the company's growth, Acorn Kitchen and Bath constructed a 60,000 square foot corporate office. The showroom has since been expanded and renovated to 15,000 square feet, resulting in one of the largest showrooms in Michigan.
Acorn Kitchen & Bath became a customer in 2008, purchasing a used black and white copy machine. Since then its color printing needs have increased. Office Manager, Jennifer Castle, met with Prime Office Innovations to discuss ways to increase productivity and reduce costs.
